  They are the most inconsiderate group of people I have ever dealt with. Had an office visit with Nurse Tedesco and was given an antibiotic on wednesday not feeling any better on friday. I called 3 times and was told they would call me back. Never called back. I am a self pay patient and paid them $100.00 for their service which is more than they would receive from any insurance company for an office visit. Very disappointed in the lack of compassion and to not return a call when a holiday weekend is approaching is unacceptable behavior on the part of a so called professional. My dogs veterinarian is more compassionate than this group of so called professionals.
