  The owner needs to invest in sufficient equipment to perform certain procedures. There was no stir-up table for the examiner to perform a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound. She had to prop up a pillow under paper for which I had to sit on for very a long time. Upon getting on that make-shift contraption, I slid off the bed twice while trying to get on it. I explained the situation to the examiner and she told me that she has requested a stir-up table several times. I could have fallen and hurt myself. Then I caught a very bad cramp in my left leg because I had to prop both of them up during the whole procedure. Because there was no stir up table to prop them in, I had to hold my legs up myself which caused pain in my left arm. And because I had to drink 32 ounces of water for this procedure, I had to endure all of this with a full bladder. I have osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel and have had back surgery. When I was done, I left that facility bent over, limping and sore. This is certainly no way for a client to leave a medical facility when they did not enter that way. This was definitely one of my most horrible experiences to say the least.
